Interview a leader within an organization, use questions and measurements (found in your Northouse text) to discover that leader’s particular leadership style(s), as well as, their observable strengths and weaknesses. Prepare a consulting report written directly to that leader (as they are your client) that describes their leadership style(s), analyzes these strengths and weaknesses, and provides appropriate recommendations. Present your findings and recommendations to the leader in a 2,500-word (+/- 10%) consulting report. Include detailed comments on theory and application for the benefit of the client.
