Students will choose a character from Eurydice and create a multimedia design pitch centered on the character they’ve chosen. This “design pitch” can take many forms: a Pinterest board, a Word document with images included, or a sketchbook with drawings and notes. Your design pitch should include the following elements:
A proposed stage/audience configuration for your production
A signature color for your character
A signature sound associated with your character
Two photographs (you may either take these yourself or find them online) or other pieces of visual inspiration for the character’s costume
One photograph (you may either take this yourself or find it online) or other piece of visual inspiration for your character’s hair design
One other piece of visual inspiration for your character or production: this could be in conversation with lighting design, set design, video/projection elements, or prop design
