I need to complete a research paper on “How a leader’s ineffective communication style affects employees’ output”. This needs to be formatted as an analytical formal business report in an indirect organizational strategy. I already formatted the title, table of contents, and references pages which I will attach below. I have 3 sources already included in the references, but I need at least 6 total sources listed in APA format that are reputable. I also attached the outline that was given. It needs to be atleast 3,000 words. With the inclusion of a title page, table of contents, executive summary page, and reference page, this amounts to a final document that is approximately 10 pages in total.
