No matter which project you choose, ensure that you highlight the various course concepts reviewed throughout the semester to demonstrate
your mastery and understanding of applying these concepts, Include organizational examples that are similar when possible. Additionally, do not
forget to provide a conclusion/summation of your submission.
Option #1 – Behavior Analysis (Motivation, Attitudes/Values, Team Development)
What considerations must today’s supervisors recognize when striving to develop a solid team? What motivates and
satisfies these team members in the workplace? Research an organization of your choice (effective or ineffective), and
then develop a plan that highlights how attitudes, emotions, personalities, and values can influence employee
behaviors. Consider the role team development plays, the importance of performance management, effective
communication or incorporate any of the concepts we have explored throughout the course: however, be certain to
demonstrate mastery of course concepts.
