This paper is for a Sociology of Education course and is a policy assessment related to a contemporary issue in education – in this case is the provincial government is considering a proposal to continue the widespread use of online teaching and learning in postsecondary education, even after the pandemic.
This paper will need to discuss and assess the following:
1. discuss online learning
2. sociologically examine and assess the advantages and disadvantages of implementing the above proposal
3. Conclusion on whether or not the proposal is to be implemented.
