I just need someone to read through this learning module and answer questions about students in special education and student centered transition planning (transitioning students are basically Special education students who have already graduated high school).
Look at the assessment page at the end of the module and answer the questions. They can be 1-2 sentences long, you don’t have to put to much detail.
